History

2003
onwards

occasional business involvement in father’s agri inputs business over time.

2013

Committed to tackling the issue of criminal misuse of chemicals in agriculture by promoting Residue-Free, Sustainable Practices and Products that ensure safety, integrity, and environmental responsibility.

2014

Started company in year 2014. After graduating and gaing research lab experience in the US.

2015

started development on organic solutions to reduce chemical dependence, restore natural balance, and enhance soil fertility

2017

Built a network of Farmers and provide them with agronomy services, training & education, updating new technology, improving living standards

2018

Collaborating with Richfield Fertilizers to provide balanced nutrition, reducing chemical inputs while enhancing soil fertility with organic manures and beneficial microbes

2019

Invested with Symbiotics Biologicals to develop and manufacture premium microbial products for Agriculture, Aquaculture and Human probiotics (in pipeline)

2024

Participation in International and National level Agricultural events & conferences such as BioAg, PMFAI and gatherings, to gain insights and stay competitive

Scientific Expertise and Team

Mayank Dholaria

Mayank Dholaria is the primary promoter of Maxcell Biotics. He has a background in the field of Biotechnology (M.S. in Biotechnology, University of Houston – Clear Lake, Texas, USA; B.E. Biotechnology, VTU, Bengaluru) and a long periodic exposure to agricultural practices and regular farmer field visits. These experiences have lead to him to change the current approach in agricultural practices of chemical intensive to Residue Free Sustainable practices.

Dr. Vishal Kothari

I have worked on agri-informatics (“Bioinformatics driven biotic factor analysis of agro-ecosystems” at Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM), Gandhinagar (Gujarat). Here we developed a Decision Support System (DSS) for crop selection and prediction of crop production on the basis of biotic and abiotic parameters combining data from the last 10 years provided by the government of Gujarat (India), 2010.
