What is RESIDUE FREE - Sustainable Practices

Residue Free – Sustainable Practices in simple terms means that the end produce say a fruit or vegetable will have NO or ZERO Residue of any chemicals, fertilizer or pesticides used during the cultivation of that particular fruit or vegetable.

A series of organic and natural fertilizers with high organic matter are used as basal inputs, prior to using chemical fertilizers.

In this cultivation process the chemical fertilizers used are in complete balance with the target crop yield to be achieved. Microbial solubilizers/mobilizers are added at regular intervals. They play an essential role to make the synthetic nutrition available to the crop.

We strive to use maximum of Bio-Pesticides or Bio-Insecticides, but certain circumstances demand for synthetic pesticides/insecticides be used, where total care is taken in selecting a product with minimum number of – Days Before Harvest Residual Effects. In simple terms products are selected whose residues are nullified after few days of application, and it would be safe to consume that fruit or vegetable after that specified ‘Days Before Harvest’ for that used particular product. It also confirms to use maximum of green label products.

Particular care is taken to NOT use any chemicals that hinder the natural ecosystem of the crop environment, in particular to keep Honeys Bee Safe. As a result we can achieve a high yield crop produce, which has no Chemical Residue, and is highly nutritious & delicious.

With proper balanced Nutrition Input schedule, the land after harvesting is still not deprived of essential nutrients and has high amount of residual organic matter and active micro flora for host future crops.
